“Disciplining yourself to do what you know is right and important, although difficult, is the highroad to pride, self-esteem, and personal satisfaction.”

Margaret Thatcher

Reflection:

Challenging yourself to do what’s right makes you feel good about yourself rather than to having consequences of the wrong things you choose to do. Do the right things even if it’s hard for you. Don’t just live life day by day live it by doing the right things that will make your self-esteem feel good about yourself.

Example:

When you’re in a bad situation and you’re frustrated you think that you’re doing the right thing when in reality you have consequences of your bad actions you have chosen to take. Always choose the right over anything even if you think what you’re doing the right things. Take a minute and questioned yourself “is that the right thing to do “.
