You can’t make someone else do your work , it’s up to you to you do it. You can’t just give something to someone as a way for saying thank you. It’s not easy to do something without understanding it. Always try your best even if you fail you’ll at least you’ll know what your capable of doing so you could improve but most of all being honest is what will make you feel good.

If you imagine yourself as something big or small or whatever it is, that’s what you’ll get. If you have high standards for yourself then you’ll receive that. Having big imaginations and thoughts or even goals will determine what you’re capable of getting. Even if you’re small if you imagine yourself as something twice as bigger then you might achieve that.

Example:

If you high goals and you’re going for something big then you’ll possibly get that. Let’s say you want to be buff and healthy. Then you’ll try hard for that and check yourself if you’re completing that. If you’re not then you keep trying until you see yourself like that.
