Top 5 Heart Health Tips

o   Try to keep a healthy diet with food.
o   Avoid Smoking
o   Keep an active lifestyle
o   Maintain a healthy body weight
o   Reduce your stress

My plan to improve my health is to start running more frequently. Also, need to sleep earlier and eat more healthy. I need to eat more veggies and eat junk food once a week at least no less than that. My main problem is that I get stressed out too much I need to stop worrying so much and start doing what I need to do. I need to relax more than what I do right now so I could feel better and not feel tired when I wake up in the mornings.
