Student Success Statement

Reflection:
If you start sleeping earlier than what you usually sleep most likely you turn wise and even healthy you’ll will also feel good and won’t feel tired or need to rest. It changes your mood to being happy and maybe even feeling that you’re having a good day.

Example:
 If you have a test, before doing it the last minute you should do it before so you won’t have to study all night and not get enough rest. Study a few days later and sleep early on the day you have the exam so you could feel wise and have all the knowledge you need for your exam. Sometimes you might have study, but not sleeping well and feeling tired might be the cause for not passing your test.
