Reflection

Reflection JFK:

This video taught me that physical activity is important in people’s life on a daily basis because having a healthy body helps do many stuff which can help you in life. You’ll only be intelligent and have better skills if your body is healthy and strong. Laziness is bad for your body because it decreases you knowledge and you’ll soon be weak if you don’t put your part in physical activity.

“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body. It is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”
President John F. Kennedy

‘’ No student ever attains eminent success by simply doing what is required of him/her; it is the amount and excellence of what is over and above the required that determines the greatness of ultimate distinction.’’
Charles Kendall Adams, American Historian
Reflection:
To achieve what you want is not by doing what is required but by the amount and excellence of beyond effort that determines the greatness of ultimate distinction. Always do more than what you’re required to do because that shows that you’re determined for anything.
For example:

When you want to pass an exam you should study more than what you usually do so that you could pass it by showing that you’re determined by greatness of ultimate distinction.
