The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”

“Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare.”
-Japanese Proverb

Reflection:
If you’re not making an action towards your vision then the only thing you’re doing is daydreaming and if you’re not putting effort into to your vision then it just becomes a nightmare which means you should start opening your mind and start thinking about what goals you have.
Example:
When you want a good grade on a class if you’re not trying and putting some work into it then you must be daydreaming. Also if you put some action without a vision then it becomes a nightmare which means you don’t have a goal.
